On tough days I am motivated by my customers. When dealing with claims, you are dealing with unfortunate situations, and I like helping people. I try to think about how I am helping restore what has been lost. That's what keeps me going on the toughest of days.

On the toughest of days, I think about what I set out to be and what it took me to get here as a claim adjuster. When I set out to be a claim adjuster it was for helping people on the tough days. It really brightens my day to put a smile on someone's face for restoring their property to normal.

The insurance field can be stressful. I find this work to be rewarding to help people through a difficult time which is self-motivating. I enjoy it when leadership provides daily motivational feedback on our work well done.
Marcie's Feedback
It's helpful to the company if it knows what motivates you, whether it be verbal praise, non-monetary rewards, or financial incentives. It sounds like you are content with constructive and positive feedback from your supervisor on a frequent basis. It also sounds like you're internally motivated just because you like to help people. Great answer! You might also briefly discuss how you view stress in a favorable light and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Supervisor support. The bottom line is if I get stuck on something or in a situation that is causing me difficulty and stress knowing my supervisor can guide me will relieve that stress.
Marcie's Feedback
Great! Any interviewer will understand and appreciate this. To further strengthen your response, talk about a time when supervisor support enabled you to handle a stressful situation. Nice job!
