Before your interview, you must have done your research to learn everything you can about the facility. You should know who runs the facility, who you would report to, how many employees and residents they have, and what types of activities they provide, among other things. If an interviewer asks if you have any questions for them, you always want to answer in the affirmative. Asking questions shows you are eager to learn as much as you can about the facility and the position you applied for. Ask a question that is not found on their website or job announcement.

Yes, I have two questions. First, would I be working with any assistants, and if so, how many? Second, would I be working at all in memory care?
Marcie's Feedback
These are thoughtful questions, which is great. If the interviewer wants to know why you're curious about the number of assistants you might work with and why you've asked about memory care, be prepared to explain your rationale behind asking these specific questions. Nice job!
