How would your former staff and residents describe you?

The interviewer wants to hear how you think others would describe you and that you are honest and self-aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Choose two or three traits that are relevant to the position and that you feel accurately describes you. If you have first-hand input from your former colleagues and residents, use their exact words in your answer.

"At my former job, I sent out a questionnaire to all residents and staff asking what they thought of my performance. I asked what they liked and disliked and was open to suggestions for improvement. I had very positive feedback. Most everyone said I was a good leader, compassionate, and actively listened to their requests. They expressed that I was approachable and easy to talk to."
