Before your interview, you must research the facility to learn everything you can. You can look at their website, visit the facility, talk to staff, contact Human Resources, and read online reviews. You should know who runs the facility, who you would report to, how many employees and residents they have, and what types of activities they provide, among other things. The interviewer wants to see that you have done your homework and know who you would be reporting to. If you could not find that information, be honest and say that you did not learn who you would be reporting to while you researched their facility.
