I absolutely loved the times that I have had the opportunity to work with the senior population. At ________, I really got to know a lot of our residents, first during my time as Personal Preferences Coordinator, and then later working in Activities. To me, it was very important to take into account what the residents wanted and needed, as well as to try to keep things interesting for them. Later, when I volunteered at _________, I had the same feeling of satisfaction working with the residents and getting to know them. Getting back into this field is something that I have wanted to do for a long time, and now that we are past the days of locking down for covid, I am hoping to return to doing what I love.
Marcie's Feedback
Wow! Your passion for working with the elderly shines through in this response, which is great. How did you get into this field in the first place and why did you later change industries? Beyond the passion that you have for the residents, what skills, qualities, and experience do you have that make you an ideal fit for this role? Don't forget to mention these in your response as well. Great job!
