"I believe that students should be assessed three to four times per year. In my current school, teachers administer academic evaluations after completing each module. The comprehensive evaluations clearly show us where we need to focus further. First and foremost, I review grades and transcripts to get a sense of each student's abilities and accomplishments. However, I also consider other factors, such as participation in extracurricular activities, research projects, and community service. Additionally, I regularly meet with faculty members to discuss their observations and evaluations of students' performance in the classroom. I strive to take a holistic approach to assessing academic performance and ensure that each student is given a fair and comprehensive evaluation."

D. students in my team must have one publication for comprehensive exam and three publications for graduation defense. I check and assess my students at each stage to make sure they are on the agenda and will meet the goals. For faculty members, we should have similar standards and evaluations."
