Everyone will have their particular triggers that cause them to feel dissatisfaction with the job. When presenting yours try to frame your dissatisfaction in a favorable light. Some might feel dissatisfaction with the status quo, when not feeling challenged or not meeting their career goals. Steering clear of negatives, talk to the interviewer about any factors that may deflate or discourage you in the workplace.

A negative work environment where employees feed off negativity and excluding people. I find that a negative work culture really can cost a company money in productivity and have a negative effect on customer service. I find it challenging to work with negative co-workers, but I try and lead by example in being professional and positive in hopes that those values rub off on them. I also communicate with my supervisor my feelings and work with them in ways to keep a positive environment for everyone.
