"A negative work environment where employees feed off negativity and excluding people. I find that a negative work culture really can cost a company money in productivity and have a negative effect on customer service. I find it challenging to work with negative co-workers, but I try and lead by example in being professional and positive in hopes that those values rub off on them. I also communicate with my supervisor my feelings and work with them in ways to keep a positive environment for everyone."
