United has hub locations across the United States, including hubs in the four largest cities in the U.S., and their 70,000 employees reside in every U.S. state and around the world. Those who are new to the company may be placed wherever the company needs them, whereas those with more seniority may have more of a choice in the matter. So when answering this question, go the extra mile, and don't limit yourself to their hub cities (Chicago O'Hare, Denver, Houston Intercontinental, Los Angeles, Newark Liberty, San Francisco, and Washington Dulles).
