Working as a Target team-member will frequently involve helping your coworkers complete tasks and achieve their goals. Employers want to know that you exhibit selflessness and are eager to accomplish goals as a team. Think about the times you have helped a friend or coworker achieve a goal. You may have run a few miles with them each day in preparation for a 10k. Maybe you offered to watch your friend's kids for an evening so she and her partner could have a date night out. Give a brief description of the scenario and mention the outcome for your friend or coworker.
