In my prior position, I rotated to different departments. Once I worked in a children's care center. I found it difficult to discipline little kids. I took the time to read parenting books and tried a couple of communication methods. I actually enjoyed the process of taking different approaches to see which one worked. Ultimately, I found a pretty effective way to talk to them. It was very rewarding.
