A mix of both would be nice. It is always great to start the day with a routine like catching up with the team on how we are progressing with the managers if anything needs extra attention. Then setting goals for the day. Of course, there has to be a certain framework on how things are done day-to-day. But the unexpected projects or unpredictable challenges throughout the day that makes it exciting and motivating.
