"In my previous role I was fortunate enough to introduce my company to the idea of a 'gold level' priority service where, in addition to our general customer service program, we added other options for our highest-yielding customer segments. Our customer base responded enthusiastically, and we were able to grow several accounts because of the extra attention. In fact, we kept the program running for a few years."

I'm pretty new in my career so I have never had the chance to introduce a new product or service in the workplace. But last year when we were on lockdown, I read in the news that many people in rural areas in Indonesia couldn't get access to personal protective equipment. As a result, I created a campaign to encourage Indonesian students in Australia to donate some money to help. I raised more than 3000AUD, which is equivalent to over 300 sets of gowns and distributed them to Ambon, a village in Indonesia.
