My former boss would describe me as someone that would never settle for less. I always put time and effort in to learn about business goals and company objectives before finishing a task. I am also very diligent about analyzing the effectiveness of our day-to-day work, and I am quick to propose solutions if I ever find an issue. I believe I would be described as an excellent and committed co-worker. And that's also what you can expect from me when as an employee at TAL.

Rachelle's Feedback
