"In my last two roles I have been responsible for regularly presenting to my team of 43 staff as well as to our entire warehouse team of more than 200. I have also been part of my local Toastmasters group, which helped a great deal. Overall, I feel that I am a confident public speaker."

Public speaking has always been a passion of mine at a personal level. I would really appreciate the opportunity to deliver a presentation at TAL. I have presented to large groups of people a couple of times and according to my lectures and my classmates, it's definitely one of my strengths. I feel confident I could represent TAL well.

Rachelle's Feedback
Awesome! Many people struggle with public speaking, so the fact that it's a strength should be a strong qualifier in your job search. Have you taken any training in public speaking and communication? If so, consider including details on the action you have taken to build this particular strength.
Prepare for TAL's competency-based questions and customer-centric interview approach.
