"Last week, while working in our new SAP system, I received a repeated error. I entered in a few different codes, but that didn't solve the issue. I then did a hard reset on my system. Then, I referred to the user guide for additional suggestions. It took a little time and patience, but I was able to resolve the issue without calling the support line and waiting on hold. It felt like a major accomplishment!"

When Sydney was in lockdown, the number of click&collect orders at IKEA increased significantly. During a busy day we had a lot of customers asking when their order would be ready. When I realized people were tracking their orders on the website, I went to different departments and discovered that the tracking system wasn't working properly. I suggested to my team that we build a new system to directly communicate with customers. We created a new workflow together with the other departments, and we successfully tackled the problem.
