My current employer values a healthy work environment. Every quarter everyone on the team gets the chance to catch up with their supervisor to make sure that we're on the same page. It also gives the manager a chance to provide feedback. We always strive to be better communicators so we improve the team. Because of this, I feel confident about my prior training and am sure that my communication skills are solid.
