Despite not having working experience with Python and AWS, I’ve completed Python fundamentals coursework offered by my current employer and I’m preparing for my AWS certified practitioner exam.

Awesome! Remember not to start your response with a negative ('Despite not having...'). Instead, jump right into what you DO have to offer ('I've completed Python...'). And then don't forget to connect your experience with the role and show how it will allow you to excel in it. Good job!
