Policy changes can play out through the growth of any company. Such change can be challenging. This question seeks to understand how you personally deal with, and adapt to change, and how you foster positive growth in the workplace. Provide an example of a situation where you faced such a challenge. Explain how your course of action generated positive insights towards the bigger picture and the end goal. Come across as a supporting influence for your employer. Avoid describing situations in which the change negatively affected you or your outlook. You should not sound like you were sowing dissent in the workplace or contributing to upheaval.

"Sometimes we have to trust in the decision-making processes of upper management, even when at first glance we might disagree with those decisions. We all have a job to do, their jobs are tougher than mine, and it's my job to make their tough job easier, as much as I am able. So I just do all I can do to put my all in when it comes to supporting the operations of the business and our teams."
