Have you ever been in a position where you supported an unpopular company policy?

"Sometimes we have to trust in the decision-making processes of upper management, even when at first glance we might disagree with those decisions. We all have a job to do, their jobs are tougher than mine, and it's my job to make their tough job easier, as much as I am able. So I just do all I can do to put my all in when it comes to supporting the operations of the business and our teams."
