We all have things we can improve on, so do not be afraid to share them. The interviewer will likely take note of these things and may even provide you with additional training in these areas to help you excel. The interviewer wants to hear that your weaknesses, while relevant to the role, are not critical to your success at Starbucks.

Think of a couple of things you could improve upon that are not crucial for job performance, and openly share them with the interviewer. Be honest; interviewers can see through attempts to give a fake weakness. And most importantly, focus on the plan you've put into place to improve on this weakness. Perhaps you are watching TED talks to gain skills in a particular area, reading books or articles on the subject, or even taking a course at a nearby community center.
