This question is straightforward. The interviewer wants to hear that you actually want to work at Starbucks and that it won't just be a paycheck. Barista positions are competitive at Starbucks, so hiring managers want team members who will not only do an excellent job serving customers but who are also passionate about the position and the Starbucks brand. Be honest with the interviewer about what you anticipate liking the most about the job, whether it's the customer service aspect, working with a team, or something unique to your background.
Keep in mind that Starbucks is proud of the benefits they provide to their employees, and it's OK to mention what you find appealing about those! These perks are a draw for many prospective employees. Just make you lead with the other great things about Starbucks that are not related to their benefits package.

"I believe that Starbucks offers a feeling of community that you don't always find in a coffee shop environment. I thrive in a fast-paced environment, so I'm looking forward to working with a team that also values that environment. In addition, going back to school to complete my Bachelor's degree is very important to me. I'm super impressed by Starbucks' partnership with Arizona State University, and I would be interested in learning more about the online program and how baristas balance a career at Starbucks with their education."
