You might mention that you know Starbucks is an advocate for diversity and inclusion or demonstrate your awareness of their offerings by telling the interviewer that you know Starbucks sells not only coffee but other items such as pastries, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, wraps, and various non-coffee drinks. The interviewer isn't expecting you to be a Starbucks expert, but rather that you've done your homework and know enough to serve as an ambassador of the company.
