Discuss your interests and passions, which can be completely unrelated to coffee. Perhaps you are passionate about elementary education, and you would implement a program to assist at-risk youth. You might be interested in supporting homeless populations or providing clean water to communities globally. This is the time to play up your likability factor. Bonus points if you can relate your answer to a component of the Starbucks mission, like sustainability or strengthening communities.
