Starbucks is very much a team environment, and the interviewer needs to know that you will fit in. However, it's not a bad thing if you work well by yourself, and you should feel free to mention this trait in your answer. The interviewer is trying to get a feel for your personality and how you interact with others.
You may work well without the need for much management or direction, or perhaps you are better driven by a collaborative and team-led environment. Either way, be honest with the interviewer about your preferences and emphasize that you can adjust to either style.

"Whether I am doing an independent project or working in a team environment, I always give it my best. I enjoy the camaraderie of working in a team, but I can be successful working autonomously as well. I'm applying to this role at Starbucks because I know it's very team-focused, which I'm drawn to as an extroverted person."
