"One of the major reasons I applied for this position is that I feel so aligned with Sodexo's commitment to quality of life -- their mission to foster and develop the quality of life in all areas of the world is something I'm also passionate about. Specifically for the role of Food Lead Worker, I feel the ability to lead by example is critical. When working in a lead role I am always prepared to do any task that I ask of anyone on my team and I do it at the same level of quality I expect from my team. My teammates appreciate my humble spirit, ability to set the bar high, and willingness to jump in to help at any time with any task.
The ability to lead by example helps to serve the mission of Sodexo in two main ways. First, the individuals I work with feel supported and have a solid example to work from. Secondly, this type of leadership leads to excellent customer service and improves the quality of life for those we serve."
