What do you feel is the most important characteristic in order to be successful with Sodexo?

"One of the major reasons I applied for this position is that I feel so aligned with Sodexo's commitment to quality of life -- their mission to foster and develop the quality of life in all areas of the world is something I'm also passionate about. Specifically for the role of Food Lead Worker, I feel the ability to lead by example is critical. When working in a lead role I am always prepared to do any task that I ask of anyone on my team and I do it at the same level of quality I expect from my team. My teammates appreciate my humble spirit, ability to set the bar high, and willingness to jump in to help at any time with any task.
