How to Answer
As in any organization, there is a chain of command. Employers want to know that you are respectful of your leaders, and while you do not always have to agree with your leader, you communicate respectfully and professionally. Be positive in describing any situation you might have encountered. Share with the interviewer a time when you disagreed with your boss or professor, but you did not argue or have a conflict that adversely affected your job performance.

If I were to experience conflict in the workplace, I would address the situation immediately through conversation. Or as soon as possible after the guest was not present. I would never argue in front of a guest. It's never a good idea to let conflict simmer, and I'm not afraid to have an uncomfortable conversation to sort a situation out."
