"Working as a Project Manager in a few different industries throughout my career, I'd say that one of the keys to my success with the staff that I have worked with has been my ability to develop a mutual feeling of respect and trust rather quickly. Juggling many projects oftentimes doesn't put me with leaders and employees that I'm working with for long periods of time. Because of this, I need to devote my full attention to people during my time with them by using great listening and communication skills and bringing a sense of expertise in my field.
