      "I am not a confrontational person naturally, so I avoid conflicts as much as possible. If there is a disagreement on how to approach a particular situation, it can be done with respect and diplomacy. At the end of the day, your management is above you and there has to be some submission and duty to that person because we are all working towards a common goal."

      It sounds as though you are very respectful of others in the workplace. One small suggestion - try removing 'you' language and keeping your answer personal by sticking with 'I' phrasing. I've provided an example below.

At the end of the day, my management is above me, and I need to offer appropriate submission and duty to that person because we are all working towards a common goal."
