Before your interviews create a brief bio and rehearse it. You'll use this as your introduction. Consider it a professional personality pitch. Include anything you feel is relevant to landing your next job, such as who you are as a professional, why you are presently pursuing a job, where you've come from in your professional journey, and where you hope to take your career next.
Even though you are talking to the algorithm, you'll want to imagine you're speaking to a real person. Wear professional clothing appropriate to the role. Practice your bio in front of your computer's camera, trying not to come across as too rehearsed, since you don't want to seem wooden or dull. Make eye contact, exude confidence, and communicate clearly. If you can align your interests with the elements of what this opportunity offers, all the better. Remember, when your words don't match your gestures, it's your gestures that will be seen as the truth. So maintain eye contact and confident body language, be comfortable, and speak from the heart.
