The two need to align.

What You Need to Know
The assessment vendor will evaluate your confidence in talking about why Amazon is the right fit for your career and your skills at this time. Primarily, they need to ensure you're pursuing this opportunity for the right reasons. There are no do-overs, and you'll only get one opportunity to record your answers. So maintain eye contact with the camera, and smile softly. Confidence, poise, and being natural and at ease are the disposition you want to convey. Try to come across as relaxed as possible, speaking in a level yet enthusiastic tone.
