2. I was a part of a group project in college. Everyone of us were from different backgrounds, had different interests and activities. During our initial meeting everyone was debating who could do what. I sat and listened and decided I would take the lead and then delegated responsibilities to each member.
3. As a guitarist I once had to learn a whole song to play with my group and I hate letting down people so I practiced everyday for about 3 hours a day to get it perfect.
