      What to Avoid

      Answer Example

"I was responsible for a suite of applications responsible for managing the details of the work for the employees within various areas of the business. My clients were using paper timesheets that were often turned in late with a lot of errors and missing detail. A senior developer and I quickly stood up an app that allowed these employees to clock in every day when they arrived at work and validate the time detail of their assignments before leaving each day. Their managers could then review the data daily while it was fresh in their minds and approve it on an ongoing basis. This process sped up the timesheet entry, review, and approval process by over 70%, and the development of the solution was minimal in cost."
