"From a custom development perspective, I served as an analyst, project manager, and strategist for a system that had over 1200 users domestically and internationally. It managed resource scheduling, finance, and payroll functions and had an annual development and maintenance budget of 1.5 million dollars.
The largest SaaS project I have worked on was a Salesforce implementation for a large enterprise. They had 650 users and the monthly licensing cost was $150 per user. There was an additional budget required for implementation, training, and integration."
