Feeling comfortable with your working environment is of the utmost importance for all parties involved. In the event you are not asked this question, take advantage of the opportunity to ask the interviewer what they like the most about their company's culture during your interview.

What to Avoid
Avoid culture dislike answers that directly associate your feedback with a current or former employer. For example: "I hated company XYZ's requirement to meet with a manager on a weekly basis."
Interviewers may become concerned that you will speak poorly of their company when you move to another opportunity and might select another candidate as a result.
