"Flexibility is one of the most important qualities I hope to experience with any member of a team I work on. The rate of change in technology is high and opportunities are often missed when individuals lack an open mind. I also appreciate humility and understanding that great ideas can flow from anywhere regardless of role or title.
I respect authority, but I really enjoy working on teams where we see each other as equals at a core level and appreciate the diverse and unique backgrounds we all have to contribute. I find that fostering a comfortable environment where everyone feels safe and inspired to share equally leads to better solutions."
