When have you shown a willingness to learn a new method or new approach to solving a problem?

"Early in my career, my facility came under new management, and many new methods and policies came into place. I noticed many of my close colleagues were very down about the upcoming change and failed to try and look at the positives that were coming. My approach throughout the process was to see the entire picture of things happening and be a positive influence on others. I learned some exciting new approaches to our challenges in customer management. I quite enjoyed and learned a lot from this process so early in my career."

"I’m always willing to learn a new method, the world is ever-changing, and if you are not willing to make changes to your workday, then that could become a problem. I don’t have issues with new approaches if it helps to solve problems. I also am fine if someone gives me an idea on how to approach solving a problem."

It's great that you're open to learning new methods and approaches. Use the STAR method to describe a time when you successfully learned a new method/approach and explain how this made you more efficient or productive at work. Don't just talk vaguely about how you're fine with this; instead, give specific examples to show you've done this before. Nice job!
