      First, you want to ensure that your personality proves you will be a good cultural and team fit at athenahealth. To do this, think back to the values and behaviors that define who they are as an organization and use things that discuss your ability to work well with customers and be the ultimate team player. Use specific buzzwords about yourself, such as introverted, energetic, or confident, that will stand out to your interviewer after your time together.

Describe yourself in lots of detail and, when possible, align these descriptive terms with what the interviewer is seeking for this role.
