This question will help determine whether you see yourself developing as a professional with an interest in working with Sedgwick for years to come. Most recruiters are interested in hiring those who will contribute to their employee retention goals and who are overachievers, rather than those who are looking for any job to fill an employment gap or have their sights on another company while they build up their resume elsewhere.

HireVue explains that their assessment models combine "video interviews with predictive, validated IO science and artificial intelligence. HireVue Assessments take the place of the same kinds of things that a recruiter or hiring manager would be looking for, augment human decision-making in the hiring process, and deliver higher quality talent, faster." They go on to explain that their interview builder helps "ask the right questions to elicit responses, trains the model to notice everything relevant in the interview (what someone says and how they say it), and uses data points that help predict job success."
This is why HireVue repeatedly suggests that you avoid being backlit. "Don't forget to check your lighting. Make sure it's in front of you. Lighting from behind makes it hard to see you." If the assessment model cannot see you and is unable to assess your nonverbal cues accurately, or its findings are inconclusive, it may eliminate you as a candidate. So go in understanding how their system works, its margin for error, and make sure your lighting is evenly cast across your face. Natural lighting is best.

"Ideally, reaching each of my career goals and milestones within a reasonable window of the timeframes I've set out to accomplish them. And in the next few years, having taken on more responsibility, while mentoring those newer to their careers. Hopefully, it would be working for a company that provided the type of rewarding and fulfilling work I so desperately crave."
