Tell me about an achievement you are proud of. What did you find challenging about it?

As I've supported recruitment efforts throughout my career, I've noticed that hiring managers want to get a sense of how a candidate views their accomplishments on the job to get a better feel for they'll be able to help motivate them. In Northrop Grumman's pursuit of innovation and becoming the top defense contractor in the world, the team needs to get a feel for how you will be motivated to achieve more on the job.

      "An achievement, of which I am proud of is the 2nd version of the software of which I have been the architect. There was a strong emphasis on features rather than architectural refactoring. But certain features were difficult to implement correctly without some foundational changes. It was difficult to focus on more extended periods.
