" I would say that at least once a month, I have an idea, big or small, that I present to my manager. I'm always thinking about ways of improving things. Last year, I received several customer complaints that our online inventory was never accurate, and I approached our website and supply chain teams with the thoughts. I was asked to be a part of a committee that looked into how we brought current inventory to our website, and the changes we implemented were a huge success."

"As a department assistant, I'm often the eyes and ears for frontline staff and customers. My manager has always appreciated that I can puzzle together customer service ideas based on the things I gather from the people I work with. I would bring this same train of thought on the job here at Northrop Grumman."
