"Last year, our manager went away on vacation for three weeks. Some of my co-workers wanted to falsify our time sheets to reflect overtime hours we did not work. I disagreed and convinced them it was a bad idea and certainly not worth being terminated over."

Before your interview with Northrop Grumman, think of a time your integrity was put to the test. Perhaps a co-worker had asked you to lie, or you were tempted to be dishonest on your timesheet when the boss was away. Talk to the interviewer about a time you overcame the temptation to be dishonest and give your thought process in doing the right thing.

"During college, academic integrity is always challenging for students, faculty, and institutions. During the second year of my program, I learned that some classmates were plagiarizing papers to cut corners and have more free time. This didn't sit well with me. I approached them individually and convinced them to do the right thing and come forward to the professor. I explained that they weren't taking advantage of a real learning opportunity that would help them later in life. They both came forward and ended up thanking me immensely."
