Why do you want to work for Northrop Grumman?

"Aside from all the awards and recognition the company has received, and the fact that the company is so highly rated on being a great place to work, I am very interested in career advancement opportunities, and the chance to work on some of the company's high profile programs. My grandfather was an engineer who worked here for over 35 years, and he made history with this company, he is something of a hero of mine, and I'd like to follow in his footsteps. I want to work for Northrop Grumman because I want to be a part of history."
