Tell me one thing about yourself that you would like to improve upon.

"I would like to improve upon my computer skills in Microsoft. I am at an intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite but would like to advance. I have enrolled in a class this fall that should help me reach that goal."

This question is another way of asking, 'What is your greatest weakness?' Saying 'nothing' is not an option here. Self-improvement is required by everyone, no matter what stage of life or career we are in. Talk to the interviewer about something you would improve about yourself and what you plan to do to achieve that. You can take your answer the extra mile if you can tie this improvement to success at Northrop Grumman.

"Over the last year, I've been trying to work on my patience. This relates to both my personal and professional life. I tend to be impatient and make hasty decisions, which wasn't always the best thing during college. Some techniques I'm working on include stepping back and taking deep breaths before acting in many situations and not letting things I can't control impact me. I was recommended a few good books and am finishing the second one now."
