I think one of the important steps to stay ahead of our competitors is to know where they are, what they are doing, and what they're planning to do. I will closely monitor the competitors to make sure we are aware of their movements. At the same time, I'll try to identify relevant consumer insight and their potential unmet needs in order to develop a product/service that is truly relevant to them.
