"One outstanding employee gets more done and costs less than two adequate employees. There's lots of love and there are demanding peers. It's exhilarating, and how we learn the most, do our best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun."

They go on to describe the individuals they are hoping to add to their dream teams as loyal, high-performers who are ambitious to pursue shared goals. "Succeeding on a dream team is about being effective, not about working hard." They are looking for teammates who are supportive of each other, and who take informed risks which require courage and encouragement from leaders and peers. "Our model works best for people who value excellence and the opportunities it provides."
