      How to Answer

The interviewer wants to know if you can take criticism without getting your feelings hurt. In today's workplace, you can't be afraid to give or receive criticism. It is ok to be candid, but show your future employer that you heard the feedback and did something about it.

"After receiving constructive feedback, I knew first that was nothing personal. This was only for the purpose of my professional career and what areas I need to improve on. After hearing this - I thanked my supervisor for the feedback and I knew I needed to improve on these areas, I asked my supervisor if there were any tips they can provide. I did this because I want to know moving forward what will be the expectations of me exactly and I think this will help me to improve from the feedback. I made a list of the feedback as well just so I can go back and read it- which helps me understand more of what I need to work on."
