Formulate your answer to kill two birds with one stone. Give the interviewer insights into your personality and explain what motivates and inspires you and how you stay motivated throughout your workday. Describe your outlook towards your work, whether the task is high-pressure or monotonous. Additionally, explain how your work ethic sets the pace and motivates those around you.
