Do you prefer to work on location in the office, or do you prefer to work remotely from your home?

"I would prefer to be in the office during the onboarding process. I feel this would give me the chance to build relationships with my colleagues and learn the ropes from whatever mentors are assigned to me. After that, I would be flexible and look forward to determining what feels right from there on out."
