Share your beliefs as to how you run your classroom, what students need in order to be successful, and how you foster an environment of learning in your space.

"I believe that all students are capable of learning, but positive relationships are the foundation of great classroom culture. I think students learn the most from attempting and being provided high-quality feedback. I love hands-on learning, high engagement, and I think all students deserve to feel successful. I am a big proponent of teaching life skills in my classroom as often as I can and I try to shower my students with care.
