      How to Answer

A multi-disciplinary team defines a group of medical professionals who work together, but all offer a variety of specialties. If you have exposure to working in a multi-disciplinary team environment, the interviewer will feel confident that you would not take a lot of time to adjust to the workplace. How you respond to working in a multi-disciplinary team will also aid the interviewer in determining if you are a team player.
