1. Describe a time when you had really felt good about a performance in your job?
It was inventory time and I was nervous wondering what the result would come out to be.I felt good when I learned I achieved the goal of coming below the companies standard.
Previously I worked as a cashier at Stine lumber and I had customer that received bad experience from associates they asked to help them I walked away from my register because I had no customer at the time and gave them the assistance they needed

I always try my best to level the items and keep things in order or at the right place. And after finishing my task I always put things back in its right place.

At pizza hut, our area manager, who picked on every last detail of something i did, i just listened to his suggestions to make it better and followed it like he wanted.
Had a supervisor who always had an issue with my work performance, I just continued to do what I did everyday and never undermined their authority and their position was eventually taken from them.
I worked with him with patience.
I have never experienced a difficult supervisor but in case I ever get the chance to work I will have no problem.
Really havent had anyone that I couldn't work with and if I did come across something that I needed to talk to them about I just approached them and ask them when would be a good time for us to talk.

I worked in retail, so trust was a huge issue. I had to be a reliable employee that my managers depended on and someone who they knew would not be dishonest with cash-handling or the product.
Being in charge of a busy restaurant and taking care of customers and letting someone other than myself use the cash register.

I was in the deli at Kwik Shop by myself to close and a lot of people wanted food. I had to make a lot of food by myself. I had to apologize to the customers and ask them if they minded waiting.
I was at another branch and the power went out, a customer was upset he would have to go to another branch in order to deposit his check in a atm. I asked him if he did online banking he said yes, I asked him if I could show him a way to deposit his check and not have to drive to the next town to do so he agreed. I showed him how to do a mobile deposit he was happy I took the extra time to teach him something new and get what he wanted done in a timely matter.

When a customer asked for highlights with foils, and i had no clue as to what i was doing, but procedeed anyhow with it. turned out decent, they never knew.
